About

I’ve always loved computes and Internet stuff.  My first professional activities online involved freelance writing and ghostwriting.  After a number of years in these fields, I decided to try blogging and Internet marketing.

Since then, I’ve learned that it’s better to work for yourself than render your services to another person or company.  While the first year or two may be very hard, it is much more rewarding and satisfying in the long run.

My current project, BlogLady.net, is a means for me to share my fondness and knowledge of various Internet-related topics including Facebook, social media, WordPress blogging, SEO and Internet niche marketing.

  • Facebook is a powerful tool for connecting and sharing with others.  But using it has its risks to one’s privacy, safety and reputation. Learn how to secure your Facebook account and do all kinds of things at the site.
  • Blogging for fun or profit has become quite commonplace.  WordPress is one of the most popular blogging tools available. Here you’ll find quick tips and resources for novice WordPress bloggers.
  • Search engine optimization is necessary to be compete with others in your niche.  SEO techniques are constantly evolving, so you want to keep up with the latest (legitimate or “white hat”) methods.  Here I share what I know works for blogging and Internet marketing.

I’ve had the good fortune to have my writings accepted by several notable blogs, including ProBlogger.net, TipsBlogger.com, Quick Online Tips and The ComLuv Network.
